If you were with us last year, you may remember that I announced the bulk of my maternity, newborn and family photography model calls for the year at once. And while I still had an occasional date here and there, this worked really well for planning purposes for both families and myself. So I’m back with 2024 dates! Will I have additional dates down the road? Maybe. But these are my ‘set in stone’ sessions, so if you’re interested, make sure to reach out.
For beginner photographers, model calls are used to gain the experience they need to grow into a business. My model calls are a bit different, as they are usually structured around workshops I attend. Continuing education is something I crave and place a lot of importance on. If I’m not growing, I’m not growing! And model calls allow me the freedom to work with, and fine tune, new techniques I learn. These photography sessions differ from a typical experience: amount of time, poses included, and styling needs are all things that can vary depending on the needs of the shoot. Unless otherwise stated, model calls are free of charge and come with a set number of complimentary images to thank you for your time. MATERNITY

January Model Call – In Studio
- Saturday, January 6th
- 1-1.5 hour photoshoot with several studio setups
- Must be between 27-34 weeks
- Wardrobe provided
- Comfortable in front of the camera (session may include partially, implied nude/draped looks)
- Model release form
- To thank you for your time, your session fee is waived, and you’ll receive 5 high resolution digital images.
May Model Call – In Studio
- Saturday May 4th
- 1-1.5 hour photoshoot with several studio setups
- Must be between 27-34 weeks

Newborn

- Saturday January 13th
- 1-1.5 hour photoshoot with 2 setups
- For mothers with due dates between December 27th-January 6th
- Model release form
- To thank you for your time, your session fee is waived, and you’ll receive 5 high resolution digital images.
Family Model Calls
FILLED
- Friday May 10th @ 8pm (dependent upon weather)
- 45 minute photoshoot
- Location will be within 30 minutes of Middleville, MI
- To thank you for your time you’ll receive 10 high resolution digital images.
Family Model Call – Outdoors
- Late August/Early September (dependent TBD)
- 1-1.5 hour photoshoot
- Family must be willing to travel up to 1.5 hours from Grand Rapids, MI
- To thank you for your time you’ll receive 15 high resolution digital images.
