THE EXPERIENCE

Your experience is just as important to me as the final product, which is why each session is specially curated to represent and suit you and your family’s unique needs and preferences. I’m here to make sure you get the most value out of your session so you can look back fondly on your photos for years to come. 

Located just 20 minutes south of Grand Rapids, Michigan, my in-home studio has everything you need. You’ll have access to dozens of props, headbands and bonnets, stunning backdrops, and more. Coming in for a maternity or Mama & Me session?  You’ll have over 60 gowns to choose from with plenty of options for Baby. 

When you book a session with me, here’s what you can expect the process to look like: 

Consultation. First, we’ll meet to talk about what you’re looking for and any ideas or preferences you have. I use this information to tailor your shoot, so your photos are just what you’re looking for. Don’t know exactly what you want?  I can help narrow down and more clearly define your goals for your session.

Photoshoot. Based on feedback from our consultation, I’ll design a beautiful shoot with your family in mind — you don’t have to do a thing except sit back while we capture memories! Props, backdrops, baby’s outfits and wraps are provided. I’m here to help you feel your best, so maternity clients can choose from a wide variety of hand-selected, couture gowns to wear. Hair and makeup is available for an additional fee.

Viewing and ordering. Now the exciting part! One to two weeks after our consultation, we’ll meet via Zoom so you can view and select your favorite images and how you’d like to display them. Choose from a wide range of canvases, acrylics, albums, fine-art prints and more to display your memories — only purchase what you love! 

And finally, delivery. Approximately two to three weeks after you’ve selected your images, your products will be ready to go home, display and enjoy for a lifetime.
