Many of you knew I wanted to grow the maternity branch of my Ellie B Photography “tree”. After months of preparation, including workshops and new lighting techniques, I’m thrilled to say that I’m now offering studio maternity shoots.
These sessions will be all about celebrating you as a woman and mother to be. I remember what it feels like to be pregnant: uncomfortable, swollen, and exhausted. This is our chance to make you feel like the strong, beautiful woman you truly are. Size 2 or 20, short hair or long; you don’t need to come feeling confident and glamorous, but you’ll leave that way!
Your session includes a preconsultation to tailor your shoot to you. You’ll also have access to dozens of wardrobe options, including beautiful silk draping and couture gowns from Germany and the Netherlands. Hair and makeup is recommended for stunning portraits and can be added on to any session (additional fee). I partner with the talented Courtney Curtiss, owner of Hazel & Rose Salon and Crushed Copper Beauty, for all my client’s hair and makeup needs.
All sessions include beautifully, hand-edited images. Introductory pricing begins at $300 for the 5 image session, or 8 images for $400. The 8 image package is recommended for women that would like to include their partner and/or children.
And for my outdoorsy mamas, don’t worry! My regular, outdoor maternity sessions will remain as-is.
